Each auction has its own pickup location, items, and end time. Check the pickup location on each auction before you bid.

  • Browse all auctions or items, then check the pickup location before you bid.
  • Open an auction to see every item included and when bidding ends.
  • Review the condition, photos, description, and pickup location on every item.
  • Check the Locations page for current hours and directions before you head out.

Place Your Bids

Bidding is real-time and competitive. Enter the minimum bid or choose a larger amount to move ahead.

  • Use the quick-increment buttons to raise the current minimum by a set amount.
  • Enter a custom bid at or above the minimum shown on the item.
  • Review the current bid, minimum bid, and live countdown before submitting.
  • Choose a saved payment card in the item bidding form before placing your bid.

Track in My Bids

The My Bids page is your command center. See every active item you've bid on, your current status, and the time remaining.

  • Green “Highest Bidder” means you're currently winning the item.
  • Red “Outbid” means someone topped you. Open the item to bid again before time runs out.
  • Your bid and the current leading bid stay together for quick comparison.
  • Items leave My Bids automatically after their auction ends.

Win & Auto-Pay

When an auction ends and you're the highest bidder—congratulations! Payment happens automatically using the card you selected.

  • You win and your selected card is charged automatically. No extra checkout step is needed.
  • Final price = winning bid + 11% buyer's premium + $1.00 listing fee + sales tax.
  • Keep your payment method current so your winning payment can process successfully.
  • Save the item and pickup details from your confirmation for a smooth pickup.

Pick Up Your Items

Head to the Route 42 Bargains LLC location shown on the item to collect your win. You have 7 business days after the auction ends.

  • Winning items are available for pickup the next business day.
  • Check the location's current hours and map before leaving home.
  • Bring your confirmation email or QR code to make check-in faster.
  • Items not picked up within 7 business days will be forfeited.
